Oceanspray Ad Campaign

This advertising campaign was developed with Circle Advertising, Chapman’s student-run advertising agency, as a part of the National Student Advertising Competition. Personally served as Creative Production Director of this campaign. This campaign received first place in the district of Southern California. Ocean Spray is a fruit juice brand that specializes in cranberry juices. In order to drive sales, reposition Oceanspray in the fruit juice market, and target a millennial audience, Circle Advertising developed a full scale advertising campaign with “Good Doesn’t Grow On Trees”. This campaign aims to promote the uniqueness of the cranberry, and all the goodness and benefits that come with it. Personal responsibilities involved producing all video content for the campaign, including three 15-second spots and a 60-second brand manifesto. The brand manifesto showcases Ocean Spray’s new positioning strategy and highlights its rich history using a variety of mixed media illustration and videography. The commercial spots emphasize the versatility of Ocean Spray’s products by showing three perspectives of a millennial party night.
